We are happy to announce that three of our volunteers passed the Montana State Emergency Medical Technician exams: Nauni Griffith, Victoria Crampton, and Shelby Crandall. Please, join Chief Katie Mast and the rest of our staff in giving thanks to them for a job well done. We are very grateful to them for their hard work and dedication.
Unfortunately, our firefighters were dispatched to a structure fire in Marion on 01/07/2017. When they arrived, flames were already shooting out the roof. The fire was brought under control quickly and then extinguished. Happily, nobody was injured. Sadly, the house and its contents are a total loss. We're planning a soup and chowder cook-off tentatively scheduled for Saturday February 25, 2017. The plan is for you and your neighbors to make a pot of your favorite soups or chowders at home, and then bring them to the Marion Community Center, along with bread, biscuits, or rolls. This morning, 12/16/2016, our firefighters were dispatched to respond to a structure fire in Marion. When they arrived, a trailer home was totally involved. Unfortunately, it is a complete loss. The residents, a mom and her 4-year-old girl, are now homeless. The woman was transported to the hospital with some lacerations after she broke out a window saving the child. ...

Haunted House Photo Collage On Halloween, department and auxiliary volunteers utterly transformed our main fire station into a haunted house and threw a party to entertain kids of all ages. The party was such a success that the volunteers are already looking forward to throwing another bash next Halloween.
